James has over six years of experience in UX, Research and Product Design, helping major brands identify new opportunities for product and service innovation. An experienced designer, James is skilled in Information Design, Logo Design, User Experience, Branding & Identity, and Typography with a history of working in the information technology and services industry.
James has been instrumental in developing and growing the design team here at Dialexa. He has brought new capabilities and tools to Dialexa, drawn from his experiences leading and facilitating a shared vision for the future. He is passionate for the research and design practice, championing new methods of service design, and user research within Dialexa.
Not only does James constantly refine our design craft, but he also has the drive to teach and multiply his abilities within the team, taking every opportunity to empower Designers to try new things.
