People. Partnership. Approach. Outcomes.

Digital Product Engineering Headquarters
Digital Product Consultants

We both ditched typical, unrewarding jobs and founded Dialexa on one key principle - to build a company where talented people can achieve amazing things and be excited about coming to work everyday.

Launched over a decade ago in 2010, by Mark Haidar and Scott Harper, the above principle still holds true.

Today, at Dialexa, we partner with daring pioneers from start-ups to Fortune 500s, helping them win their industry with technology. Building a better world along the way.

We create what needs creating. We invent what needs inventing, and we never stop innovating and improving. Blending product, strategy, and data with the realities of industry and invention. Delivering unparalleled value and optimal outcomes in everything we do, we are your trusted experts.

Expanding vision.

Our once small, focused idea continues to grow, exponentially. Similar to any great story, the chapters ahead are even more compelling than the ones before.

In November 2022, Dialexa was acquired by IBM – broadening our product engineering capabilities to build even bigger and better solutions. Proving that our powerful thinking is even stronger than we could have ever imagined.

We specialize as a mold-breaking, digital product engineering services firm. Geared to help ambitious companies create disruptive products to transform their industries. We don’t just do any one thing. We deliver groundbreaking business outcomes. From strategy to product performance across all leading cloud platforms like AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Through the fusion of our niche product mindset with IBM’s undeniable intelligence, our clients will be able to solve the most complex technical problems and build scalable, category-defining solutions like never before.

Innovation. Collaboration. Driven by our enterprise product mindset and sincere values to transform business. To be more fluid, efficient, prosperous, and thoughtful. It’s a partnership we could have never dreamed up, but it’s making the dreams of our clients and team come true. The future is bright.

Since its inception, Dallas Dog has helped almost 7,000 animals find a better life.

Moe Haidar

Chief Financial Officer

Moe is an accomplished financial leader specializing in aggressive software development consulting industry growth. Ten years ago, Dialexa was a scrappy technology startup that Moe helped rapidly scale—without any external investment or capital. The role was to oversee the financial well-being of the company, but his goal was aggressive growth. Moe built and managed high-performance teams and led accurate, actionable analyses and strategies to expand our fledgling company from minimal startup resources to a solid product engineering company. He heavily contributed to building and scaling the company’s foundation that now manages the strain of more than 70% annual growth, retains hundreds of people, and solves complex technical problems for the world’s biggest companies. It was only a matter of time before we caught the eye of IBM—and Moe subsequently led the financial process of IBM’s acquisition of Dialexa in 2022. His values have been the primary driver of his career. Moe is transparent, straight-forward, and ethical—always. He is also an innate problem solver and strategic planner who works well under pressure. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he built and led the financial plan that positioned Dialexa for not only safety, but growth while maintaining high employee and client retention.

Stephanie Miller

Stephanie is a passionate leader, working every day to drive initiatives that support our most critical asset: our team. With the goal of sustaining a high performing, engaged, and happy workforce, she creates and oversees our performance management, learning and development, and organizational efficiency initiatives. As a strategic and consultative leader, Stephanie ensures that all things “people” support Dialexa’s mission, vision, and culture. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Prior to her time at Dialexa, she was the Director of Human Resources at Credera, a technology management consulting firm. During her time there, she was instrumental in helping the 30-person boutique firm grow to include almost 400 employees in 5 offices, all while finding ways to save the company hundreds of thousands of dollars, and investing that money back into employee recruiting, benefits, and culture. Anyone who meets Stephanie will see she’s passionate about building organizations and building careers. Through her time at Credera, Brink’s Home Security, the Greater Dallas Chamber, and World Travel Partners, she established and led leadership, internship, and employee recognition programs that are now seen as cultural cornerstones of their respective companies. Stephanie is a native Dallasite and proud Texas Tech graduate. In her free time, she loves to travel–and has a soft spot for California. She’s always on the move: redecorating her house, working out, and volunteering for her church and community. We know her as Stephanie, but outside of the office, she has been lovingly dubbed “Aunt Sassy” by her niece and nephew.
