From strategy to execution of platform

Our Client engaged Dialexa to define, design and engineer their platform for this new car subscription service. The Dialexa team worked with key Client stakeholders to define all aspects of this platform. This process started with defining possible personas that should be considered in the subscription service.

By utilizing empathy mapping exercises, we defined a shared understanding of the  characteristics, pain-points, potential gains, and environmental factors that affect this personas decision to purchase a vehicle subscription service from the Client.
