He saw a need for a targeted marketplace to the Country and Western community that focuses on second-hand western wear, accessories, and decor. Utilizing his deep connections in this community, he has a way to quickly build an online community and be the go-to spot for these goods, and he needed Dialexa to help him create a product strategy.

Building a product strategy

Dialexa embarked on a lean and fast-paced engagement to crystalize this vision and focus the product on what is most needed in the marketplace.  Utilizing our Design Thinking methodology, we developed personas, journey maps, and a clickable prototype that allowed the client to see and feel the product.  To further define the product,  Dialexa reviewed the competitive landscape, interviewed stakeholders, and developed a prioritized feature list and roadmap.  Finally, we reviewed marketplace frameworks available and designed an architecture that balanced  a quick path to market, a flexible user experience, and a lower initial investment for this startup.


The result was a clickable prototype showing the vision of the product. Our team created a product strategy through various personas, journey maps, stakeholder interviews, and roadmaps.
