From the ground up
Working against an aggressive timeline, the Dialexa Research & Design team immediately began interviewing stakeholders, developing personas and empathy maps to identify the customers using the platform. At the same time, the Dialexa Engineering team worked in parallel to assess what had been built by a previous vendor and what could be saved without rewriting the platform from the ground up.
Dialexa helped our Client deliver a platform to land their first major customer, as well as help them build a technical team that could sustain the new platform and serve the business needs.
